The Journey
Owner and Operator, Richard Hardy started his Paintless Dent Repair journey in New Orleans Louisiana in 1992. In 1994 he began following hail storms around the country performing Paintless Dent Repair for dealerships and body shops. In August of the year 2000, he traveled to Germany to work for Mercedes Benz which soon became Diamler / Chrysler. This trip started a nine year European tour to various countries in the E.U. ( Germany , Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, France and Andora). Working and perfecting the Paintless Dent Repair method on almost every make and model vehicle made. Richard also spent several winter seasons going to Australia to work at hail catastrophe centers and local Australian Smash Shops. All of this experience has lead to a life long career in the Paintless Dent Repair Industry.
